MEDICO Management & Travel Services International Co. Ltd. (hereafter named “Medico”), is a company legally registered in the Kingdom of Thailand.
Medico serves the public and interested clients as an intermediary services company providing online information via its website www.medico-services.com (hereafter named "Website") as well as by any other communications means as requested by clients concerning Medical Services, currently in Thailand and at later phases in other countries as well.
By entering this Website; accessing this Website; viewing information on this Website; using any links on this Website, and booking medical packages from or based on this Website you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement and that you understand and intend this online Agreement to be the legal equivalent of a signed, written contract between you and Medico and equally binding.

3. MEDICO Service
MEDICO provides information on suppliers of medical and travel goods and services ("Service Providers"). Through the relationships MEDICO has created with various Service Providers, MEDICO can coordinate your travel, accommodation, medical services and other requirements and can facilitate the payment of goods and services by you to Service Providers.
MEDICO is not a medical referral service and does not endorse, recommend, or approve any Service Provider listed on the Website. Neither MEDICO nor any of its officers, employees or directors are medical professionals or licensed and board certified physicians and will not discuss or advise any issues relating to medical treatment.
MEDICO facilitates contact with, and provides information about physicians as well as about their credentials as provided by them in order for you to make informed decisions. MEDICO does not, however, recommend any preferred or specific physician for your desired medical treatment. MEDICO encourages and advises you to discuss all medical issues with your medical doctor in your country of residence before making a decision on medical treatment outside your country.
4. Bookings and Payments
Enquiries, reservations and bookings for services outlined in this Website or obtained from us via another means of communication may reach us either by telephone or, preferably, in a written form via e-mail or fax. Such reservations will be confirmed by us in writing, especially when reference is made to healthcare treatments and their cost-estimates.
Payments, in the amount mentioned in the estimates, have to reach our bank-account prior to client’s arrival in Thailand or any other destination. MEDICO will assume representative role vis-à-vis the various service-providers on behalf of the customers in controlling correctness of bookings and with regards to paying the service-providers.
The clients will receive a full breakdown from Medico of the costs and expenses incurred on their behalf and according to their wishes with the various service-providers. Medico should then be paid the missing balance prior to client’s departure from Thailand or any other destination. Should costs and expenses not exceed the amount received as deposit, balance will be refunded to the clients either in cash or by bank-transfer.
5. Disclaimer
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE PURSUANT TO APPLICABLE LAW MEDICO ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY NOR DOES MEDICO GRANT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, RELATING TO THE OPERATION, SAFETY, CONDITION OR SERVICE OF ANY PHYSICIAN, SERVICE PROVIDER, HOSPITAL, AIRCRAFT, MOTOR VEHICLE, BOAT, OTHER CONVEYANCE, INN, LODGE, OR HOTEL AND/OR PRODUCTS ASSOCIATED WITH SUCH ENTITIES OR SERVICES THAT ARE USED WHOLLY OR IN PART BY, FOR OR ON BEHALF OF, YOU. MEDICO IS NOT LIABLE FOR THE ACTS, ERRORS, OMISSIONS, REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, BREACHES OR NEGLIGENCE OF ANY SUCH THIRD PARTIES OR FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURIES, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR OTHER DAMAGES OR EXPENSES RESULTING THEREFROM.
WITH ACCEPTING THESE CONDITIONS AND TERMS YOU DISMISS MEDICO FROM ANY LIABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY WHATSOEVER, HEALTHCARE OR TRAVEL OR FINANCIALLY RELATED, IN CONNECTION WITH SERVICES RESERVED AND OBTAINED THROUGH USING THIS WEBSITE AND ANY FOLLOWING COMMUNICATION CONDUCTED WITH THIS REGARDS.
6. Force Majeure
MEDICO does not accept any liability for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force majeure or other events which are beyond its control, or which are not preventable by MEDICO.
Circumstances amounting to " force majeure" include any event which MEDICO or the Service Provider in question could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid such as, for example, war or threat of war, civil strife, natural or nuclear disaster, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, adverse weather conditions, epidemic, quarantine, fire or any similar events.

MEDICO bly recommends that you take out travel insurance and disclose all relevant matters to your insurer (including the fact that you may be undertaking elective surgery as part of your travel if this is relevant to your stay in one of our destinations).

By this Agreement, MEDICO grants you, subject to the terms of this Agreement, only a limited, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to use the software and documentation necessary to enter, access, view and otherwise use the Website and information contained on the Website.

MEDICO's privacy policy statement is displayed on the website. You agree that you have previously read the privacy policy statement.
11. User Representations
You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and that you possess the legal right and ability to enter into this Agreement and to use the Website in accordance with this Agreement.

YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND AND HOLD HARMLESS MEDICO, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, INFORMATION PROVIDERS AND SUPPLIERS FROM AND AGAINST ALL LOSSES, EXPENSES, DAMAGES AND COSTS, INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEY'S FEES, RESULTING FROM ANY VIOLATION OF THIS AGREEMENT OR ANY ACTIVITY RELATED TO YOUR ACCOUNT (INCLUDING INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTIES' WORLDWIDE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS OR NEGLIGENT OR WRONGFUL CONDUCT) BY YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON ACCESSING THE WEBSITE USING YOUR ACCOUNT.

MEDICO may deliver notice to you under this Agreement by means of electronic mail, a general notice on MEDICO, or by written communication delivered by first class mail to your address if on record.
14. Severability
The provisions of this Agreement are severable, and in the event any provision hereof is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not in any way affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions hereof.
15. Jurisdiction
This Agreement is subject to the laws applicable in the Kingdom of Thailand and other destinations serviced by MEDICO.
16. Termination
MEDICO may terminate your right to access and use this Website at any time without reason or prior warning. Termination does not affect any term of this Agreement or the right to any remedy available to MEDICO as a result of any failure to comply with the Agreement.
