We are using several models of cars, all in outstanding mechanical and safety conditions, to ensure sitting comfort and transportation of luggage.

In using our transportation services you do not need to worry about safety, prices, timely pick-up, cleanliness of the car, attention and reliability of the driver.

We cannot do anything about the frequent traffic-jams in Bangkok, especially during rush-hours, but we can ensure you of safe and comfortable transportation to your destination without needing to worry about length- and prices of the journey (which are not predictable when using other means of public transportation).

Remarks:

1) The rates above are due for payment to MEDICO-SERVICES as per prevailing conditions.

2) Above rates are inclusive of

    - mileage for the assigned booking,
    - fuel for the assigned booking,
    - expressway toll-fees (where applicable),
    - Government taxes and VAT,
    - liability insurance for passengers and third-party for accidents,
    - experienced (English speaking) “concierge driver”,
    - in-car amenities: Bottled water, daily English newspapers



Procedures of Reservations / Bookings:

Reservations, indicating details of date and time for which services are booked, passenger-names, arrival/departure flight-details, route and destination of transportation, special-services requested or necessary, accounting reference-number, have to reach MEDICO-SERVICES until latest 48 hours prior to services required.
Reservations will be made by either e-mail, phone call, fax, or on-line.

Last minute as well as “go show” bookings may be accepted by the MEDICO-SERVICES upon request and special confirmation. Such bookings may differ in prices from prices published on this website.

Cancellations within/less than 24 hours prior to services booked, or no-show at the point of pick-up while the MEDICO-SERVICE’s driver has been waiting for the customers will be charged in full.

Failure to provide services, explicitly caused by the Provider, will be penalised in the way that the Provider will pay all involved costs and refunds to the relevant guests, however, no more than the replacement transfer-services.

Force-Majeur on the Provider’s side: This means the cancellation or changes of services assigned because of unexpected happening beyond the Provider’s control, such as earthquakes, floods, war, shortage of gasoline, etc. In such cases the Provider is not liable for changes of confirmed assignments and to damages to the Hotel or another party resulting from such occasions.
