Key Points about Detoxification:
Detoxification is about helping your body to get rid of what you don’t want internally. It involves avoiding toxins, and helping the body to eliminate existing toxins. Through a carefully designed diet, we can eliminate taking in more toxins.
The compact 4 Day Detox program (can be extended upon request) has the options of taking a full 4 day menu to ensure this is achieved. The menu is tailored to each individual detoxification requirement by the institute’s Nutritionist.
The second requirement is improving elimination of toxins through carefully assigned therapy. Colonic Hydrotherapy, assisted by Chi Nei Tsang Massage helps us move the waste in the colon. Wastes in this area, because of our less than perfect diets and foods, can be one of the biggest toxin loads that we have to deal with.
Additional detoxifying spa treatments are recommended, such as Tuina massage, or Moor Mud Pleasure (Mud Wrap) which help to move toxins from the skin and lymphatic back to the circulation where it can be removed from the body.
Even though a fully comprehensive detoxification programme would require 3-4 weeks in order to show full and visible effects on each of us, we would like to demonstrate this important therapy to you. Once you have the time, please feel free to come back for a longer period.

Day 1:
Arrive in Bangkok, meet at the airport, and transfer to your hotel.
Or, if joining from another package, meet at your hotel and transfer to the programme-dedicated hotel;
Depending on the time, transfer to TRIA Integrative Medicine Institute for an initial site-visit and treatment-schedules setting.
Day 2:
After breakfast, according to the treatment-schedules, transfer to TRIA Integrative Medicine Institute for initial Nutrition Consultation, then Chi Nei Tsang massage, followed by Colonic Hydrotherapy. Specialised Detox-menu lunch will be served during the day. After the day’s therapy programme and voluntary health activities available at TRIA transfer back to your hotel. Free Evening.
Should you wish to visit an entertainment programme such as Siam Niramit, or Calypso Cabaret, or enjoy a Dinner River Cruise, please talk to our staff for reservations and transfer arrangement.
Day 3:
After breakfast, according to the treatment-schedules, transfer to TRIA Integrative Medicine Institute for Revitalising Epsom bath, Chi Nei Tsang massage, and Colonic Hydrotherapy. Specialised Detox-menu lunch will be served during the day. After the day’s therapy programme and voluntary health activities available at TRIA transfer back to your hotel. Free Evening.

Day 4:
After breakfast, according to the treatment-schedules, transfer to TRIA Integrative Medicine Institute for Colonic Hydrotherapy followed by a Moor Mud Wrap. Specialised Detox-menu lunch will be served during the day. After the day’s therapy programme and voluntary health activities available at TRIA transfer back to your hotel. Free evening.
Or, optional: You may book an entertaining evening at the Calypso Cabaret, or you might prefer having a relaxing and scenic dinner on a river-cruise. Please inform us about your choice.
Day 5:
After breakfast, according to the treatment-schedules, transfer to TRIA Integrative Medicine Institute for Foot Relief treatment followed by Tuina massage. Specialised Detox-menu lunch will be served during the day. After the day’s therapy programme and voluntary health activities available at TRIA transfer back to your hotel. Free evening.
Day 6:
As per scheduled flights, or other travel plans, transfer to the airport for departure, or for joining other/further activities.
