Committed to making customer’s stay with Bangkok Hospital as comfortable as possible, the hospital offers conveniences, such as 24-hour internet service, on-call housekeeping, TV with international cable channels, and even a massage and beauty salon.

The hospital in-room features include:

  • Air conditioning – All rooms include a self adjustable thermostat that you may control for your comfort.
  • Extra bed – The hospital staff will be glad to assist the customers should they require an additional bed in the room for a relative or friend.
  • Call light – If a customer needs assistance, call buttons are available near the bed and inside the bathroom. When pushed, a nurse will come to the room immediately.
  • Water – Bangkok Hospital provides daily drinking water in the rooms.
  • Meals – Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included in the cost of the rooms, and customers may select from several cuisines, including Thai, Japanese, Muslim and Western food.
  • Blood pressure and temperature checks – As health is the hospital’s priority, a nurse will make regular visits to the room to check on temperature and blood pressure. This occurs throughout the evening as well, depending on the patient’s condition.

 

Room Service:

Housekeeping – Our housekeeping staff will visit and clean the room on a daily basis, providing fresh linens and towels. Nursing staff are also glad to provide customers with additional items such as pillows or additional bed sheets.


Laundry Services – Laundry service is available for all Bangkok Hospital guests. The assigned nurse will handle all such arrangements.


Television – International programming and stations are available. The in-room televisions are fully equipped with UBC cable and remote control.


Safe – To ensure that valuables are always protected, each room is equipped with a programmable safe inside the closet.

Books and magazines – The hospital has a large collection of books and magazines in a variety of languages. Please contact your coordinator for specific reading material.

Newspapers – A local English newspaper is delivered to each patient’s room every morning (the International Herald Tribune is also available upon request). Same-day versions of many international newspapers are also available by special order.
