Suvarnabhumi International Airport (Bangkok) is a very large building with long walking pathways. It has been constructed with the expectation to handle great masses of passengers (arriving and departing). Frequently, arriving and departing passengers encounter long waiting queuing periods at the immigration counters. Arriving passengers, sometimes accompanied by their families, are tired and impatient to conclude entry procedures as quickly and smoothly as possible. For those departing with a lot of luggage and impatient children such long procedures and waiting queues also demand strong patience.
MEDICO SERVICES has arranged special ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE AIRPORT-VIP-SERVICES for its guests who wish to avoid such waiting times and simplify their arrival or departure procedures:
Arrival / Departure VIP Premium Service:
Arriving guests will be welcomed upon leaving the airplane and entering the airport-building by especially assigned welcome staff holding up a sign-board with the guest’s names. The welcome staff will then escort the guest(s) to the immigration counter to facilitate the paperwork for the entry-procedures and then to the luggage-claim area, collecting the guest’s belongings and accompanying them through to the arrival hall to meet the transportation company (limousine services are available through MEDICO’s subsidiary company “Siam Supreme Limousines”. Upon special request an electric-cart and a porter can be reserved as well to make this service even more comfortable (please see the price-list)

For departing guests, the VIP-Premium Service staff will meet them at the approaching limousine, escort them to the check-in counters (according to security regulations guests have to check in by themselves), then assist them through departure immigration procedures and escort them either to the departure gate or the waiting lounge. (On special request, guests who travel in economy class, can book a comfortable waiting place at a Business Lounge near the departure gates – please see the price-list).

Departure Service (without Buggy): Baht 1'200 per-person
(regular: Meet at departure curbside, check-in assistance, escort though Immigration to VIP lounge or boarding gate)
VIP – Lounge service Baht 1’000 per-person
Procedures of Reservations / Bookings:
Reservations, indicating details of date and time for which services are booked, passenger-names, arrival/departure flight-details, route and destination of transportation, special-services requested or necessary, accounting reference-number, have to reach MEDICO-SERVICES until latest 48 hours prior to services required. Reservations will be made by either e-mail, phone call, fax, or on-line.
Last minute as well as “go show” bookings may be accepted by the MEDICO-SERVICES upon request and special confirmation. Such bookings may differ in prices from prices published on this website.
Cancellations within/less than 24 hours prior to services booked, or no-show at the point of pick-up while the MEDICO-SERVICE’s driver has been waiting for the customers will be charged in full.
